Flower and accessory availability.

We put excellence first. That is why we work exclusively with fresh flowers of the highest quality, many of them dictated by the seasons. For this reason, certain flowers in the bouquet or arrangement you choose may not be available at the time of your order. In that situation, we reserve the right to replace them with similar flowers. We guarantee that the style, color palette and total value of the floral creation will always be respected.

The same policy applies to accessories (vases, boxes, ribbons). If a specific element is out of stock, it will be replaced with a similar product of equal or higher value that preserves the aesthetics of the original design.

To ensure a fast, efficient and secure ordering experience, all payments are processed exclusively online, through the platform.

We accept secure payment with any type of bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). For an even faster checkout on mobile devices, the instant payment options Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available.
